Inspiredtodesign have made every best endeavour to accurately represent stationery products offered for sale in terms of picture, description and colour. It is advisable to order a sample to ensure that the stationery meets your quality, colour and style needs as Inspiredtodesign cannot guarantee 100% accurate colour representation. A proof of the printed insert will be sent to the client for approval before production of the final product commences.

Inspiredtodesign stationery is handmade and the client accepts that small variations will occur between individual items. InspiredtoDesign cannot be held responsible for the natural ageing of stationery.

Inspiredtodesign stationery is handmade and, due to availability of supplies, small variations may occur to our designs. The continuity of design cannot be guaranteed and it is inadvisable for clients to order wedding stationery in stages.

Small items are used in the production of Inspiredtodesign stationery. Products and packaging are not suitable for children.

All items of stationery carry and InspiredtoDesign label showing company name and web address.

Proofs
Inspiredtodesign will take every care in producing proofs for your stationery but it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the text is correct prior to printing. Proofs must be signed and dated by the client and returned to Inspiredtodesign before production will commence. Once proofs have been approved by the client, further changes may incur charges.

Alterations
In the event of changes to notified names, addresses, dates, etc, the client undertakes to notify Inspiredtodesign as soon as these are known. Inspiredtodesign will make every best effort to make any changes without charge provided that production has not already commenced.

Payment
Production of orders cannot commence without a completed order form and payment in full. Payment is understood to represent acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail but Inspiredtodesign reserves the right to use other carriers. Every care is taken in packaging items for despatch to the client, but Inspiredtodesign cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.

Copyright
All artwork and designs are copyright of Inspiredtodesign.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs, etc. requested. The client indemnifies Inspiredtodesign against any action brought against it for breach of a third party copyright.

Data Protection
No information provided by the client will be shared with any third party by Inspiredtodesign.
